She provided life skills training and recommended modifications to her client’s living spaces to increase their independence in the home and community. Julie became more interested in environmental modifications as a way of improving people’s lives, so she obtained an Executive Certificate in Home Modifications (ECHM) from the University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. Soon after earning her certification, Julie decided to pursue her own entrepreneurial endeavor and founded Enabled Living in 2020, which would eventually become Prosper Therapy Services in 2022. She skillfully transitioned from direct patient care to managing vital business related tasks as Prosper’s Chief Administrative Officer, such as insurance coding and billing, scheduling and coordination of services, accounting and bookkeeping, EMR audits and claims, human resources, legal and compliance, and data management, among many other tasks.
